Worse product and worse company ever May 27, 2010

Buyers beware. I called the company the next morning to cancel this order and was promised it would NOT be shipped out. A few days later I received the FedEx tracking number via email. I called again and was told again that it will NOT be shipped out. I was told that the tracking number went out automatically but the paperwork with the cancel order request was on that person's ('Grace') desk. A few days later it arrived anyway. I was promised it was Grace mistake and that I would NOT be billed for it. She promised she would send FedEx to come and pick it up at their expense. I waited a week and nothing happened. I called again and was told she would send me a mailing lable via mail to be able to schedule a pickup with FedEx. I waited another week and still nothing happened. I called again and was told she would email me the FedEx label to schedule that pick up. Today I get my credit card bill and I WAS billed for this. I spoke to both 'Grace' and the 'owner' who is now telling me they have no control since its Amazon that is billing me. Next I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
By the way, Grace talked me into opening the box anyway just in case I do decide to keep it (again assuring me there would be NO shipping charges either way even if I did). I opened it and the product inside arrived scratched, damaged, and in a much worse condition than my old futon which is now 15 years old.
Don't throw your money. Stay away from this product and company.
