Return & Cancellation Policy

Please read our return policy carefully: By placing an order TodaysFutons.com you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.

Today's Futons makes every effort to provide high quality images to assist you in selecting your furniture. Colors may occassionally differ slightly from their description. Images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. Please Note: We are not responsible for colors that are slightly off. All Returns will be subject to our return policies & fees.

Product Dimensions:

Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions are critical to your order we suggest contacting us by phone or e-mail in order to further assist you. Please Note: We are not responsible for measurements that are slightly off (three inches or less). All Returns will be subject to our return policies & fees.

Returns and Refunds:

  • TodaysFutons.com will except the return of any item(s) within 7 business days of the receipt of the item as long as it is returned in the original packaging and in factory new condition, and has not been removed from the factory packaging.
  • Any accompanying manuals and/or accessories must be returned with the product.
  • Any item(s) returned for refund that has been used, damaged, abused, or not in the original packaging will be sent back to the original purchaser at their expense and no refund or exchange will be allowed.
  • We can not accept futon mattress returns that have been removed from the factory packaging.
  • Customers will be assessed a 20% restocking fee on undamaged, non-defective returned merchandise.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returned items.
  • We will not accept back items that have been used, damaged or abused in any way.
  • Customers must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) from TodaysFutons.com Customer Service Department within the appropriate time frame to receive a timely refund.

  • Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in re-sellable condition, we will refund the cost of the item less the 20% re-stocking fee and shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Products:

Our products are packaged in such a manner that they will arrive at your home in almost all cases without damage. On rare occasions, shipping damage may occur. If your order arrives damaged, please accept the order and make a notation on the freight bill that there was damage (refused orders are treated as cancellations). Please E-mail us so that we can make arrangements to ship any replacement parts needed.

Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their order up until the product is shipped.
  • Orders that are cancelled prior to shipping are subject to 10% restocking and processing fee.
  • Orders that are cancelled after shipment are subject to all freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.
  • If an order is cancelled after it is shipped but before it is received, the customer must receive it, then return it , at the customers expense, in order to receive a refund.
  • Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in re-sellable condition, we will refund the cost of the item less the 20% re-stocking fee and shipping charges.
  • Refused orders are treated as cancellations and subject to a 20% restocking fee and actual shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Even though we offer free or included shipping there are real shipping costs involved. If you cancel an order after it ships OR refuse an order, for any reason, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% as well as the actual shipping charges. Items damaged by the carrier will be re delivered at no additional charge provided the appropriate notations were made on the original delivery paperwork.
