Many of the products we sell are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground however, not all. Those items that are oversized are shipped via LTL (less than truckload) motor carriers. Please see the important information below regarding LTL Shipments

Estimated Ship Time: 7-10 Business Days from Order Date
Estimated Transit Time: 5-7 Business Days from Order Date
Estimated Arrival: 12-15 Business Days from Order Date
LTL Shipment Notification:
- You are notified with in 48 hours from the day it ships via email.
- You are given the "Tracking Number" for your order and a link to the freight companies web site so you can determine what day your product may arrive.
LTL Delivery Hours:
- Deliveries are performed Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. excluding holidays.
- Consumers will receive a courtesy call from the carrier to schedule a four hour delivery window within these times.
- If you miss the delivery appointment the freight company will charge you a redelivery fee.
- You will need to be present to sign for the item.
LTL Delivery Service Provided:
- You will be responsible for moving the item into your home once it has been removed from the truck at curbside.
- Freight delivery personnel are not required to move the item beyond curbside (some will do so if you ask politely and offer a nice tip but they are not required to do so).
- Special delivery requests, time specific deliveries and deliveries outside the normal delivery schedule are not available or provided.
LTL Delivery Service DOES NOT Provide:
- Inside Placement
- Assembly
- Unpacking
- Debris Removal
- Movement Of Old Furniture
LTL Carton Inspection:
- PLEASE INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY DOCUMENTS!
- You must inspect all product cartons prior to signing the delivery documentation or receiving any items into your home.
- Verify that all cartons are intact and in good condition.
- The notation "PRODUCT DAMAGED" must be made on the delivery documentation identifying the items that are damaged.
- For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will make arrangements to have a replacement item or part sent to you.
- If a second appointment is needed to correct undetected damages, additional charges may apply.
- Items damaged by the carrier will be re delivered at no additional charge provided the appropriate notations were made on the original delivery paperwork.
- If product is damaged, do not refuse the order. In most cases we will not require the damaged parts to be picked up, we'll just send out replacements. Refused orders are treated as cancellations after shipment and are subject to a 15% restocking fee and actual shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Even though we offer free or included shipping there are real shipping costs involved. If you cancel an order after it ships OR refuse an order, for any reason, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% as well as the actual shipping charges. Items damaged by the carrier will be re delivered at no additional charge provided the appropriate notations were made on the original delivery paperwork.
